We are seeking a CEO to lead GLAR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate or member association. The individual should be a visionary leader with strong strategic and analytical skills and be able to adapt to industry changes quickly and effectively. The CEO will be responsible for all administration and management of GLAR and will serve as the leader and spokesperson for the organization. The individual should have excellent public speaking and writing skills. The CEO should have a strong advocacy background, with a focus on the legislative priorities set forth by GLAR, Kentucky Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The CEO should be intellectually curious, have training or education in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and be able to lead the organization in this area. The CEO should be willing to travel as needed. Must be able to work with a diverse team to ensure that all employees understand the REALTOR® mission and the goals, priorities, and responsibilities of GLAR.
