Chief Executive Officer, HGAR

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for overseeing the operations of HGAR (and HGMLS, an inactive for-profit wholly owned entity of HGAR) and ensuring that the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee are informed about the conditions and operations of the Association. The CEO will be responsible for executing decisions of the Board of Directors, overseeing staff and programs, executing contracts, implementing policies and procedures, promoting interest in the Association’s activities, developing education programs, maintaining relationships with other organizations (such as the New York State Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Hudson Gateway Foundation and OneKey MLS), and supervising communication to the general membership.
