The COO is responsible for achieving the top line revenue and bottom-line income goals set by the brokerage operations team. In doing so, the person will ensure that the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and agent growth processes are in place and working effectively. The COO will embrace the mission and core values of the company and assure those are reflected throughout the brokerage. The COO will supervise all residential sales and operations, commercial, relocation, all training and agent development, risk, compliance, and concierge services. Collaborate with the executive team to set objectives and performance goals.
