Director of Finance & Accounting

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance and Accounting executive with exceptional accounting and analytical skills to help grow our accounting and finance team. You will sit in the Finance and Accounting department and report to the Chief Executive Officer. You will also collaborate closely and cross-functionally with stakeholders from other teams, including the Managing Broker, Director of Brokerage Operations and Chief of Staff. We’re looking for a structured thinker, able to create order from unstructured tasks or projects. Someone who is process and results-oriented, able to take projects across the finish line independently. An analytical, methodical and detail-oriented individual who’s always seeking a challenge to overcome and a complex problem to solve. Ideally, you’re n accountant at heart but wants more than routine monthly tasks.
