Responsible for retail mortgage division consisting of mortgage production teams across distributed geography. Management responsibilities include strategic leadership, staffing, coaching and developing retail sales leaders to maximize team effectiveness and market opportunity in terms of loan volume production, profitability, and discretionary expense management. Responsibilities include driving external marketing and business sourcing strategies and initiatives, executing Integrated Relationship Management strategies, and collaborating with internal partners to include the Community Bank, Private and Wealth Management. Leverage internal and external marketing expertise to develop and execute on internal and external sales leads, while providing superior client service quality.
