The General Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of the company’s strategic growth plan in its general brokerage offices including agent recruitment and retention, residential listings and sales, written title policies, and mortgage applications by developing and overseeing the operation of sales and brokerage offices and of the efforts of the Sales Office Managers. Develop and implement clear strategies that meet the company’s ambitious growth and profit goals in the areas of residential real estate listings, sales, title insurance, and mortgage. Establish and cultivate strong relationships with Sales Office Managers. Lead, coach, and train sales managers on reaching their goals. Evolve and expand the existing brokerage and sales team in terms of its head count, production, operational effectiveness, and presence. Partner with executive leadership to ensure company success.
