Head of Client Success

The mission of the Head of Client Success is to help our existing clients utilize our products to achieve their strategic and tactical objectives. This person will be responsible for nurturing and growing the ongoing relationship between client company and our client base. This position is responsible for client relationships, training, upselling, and customer support. They will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for all systems and processes relating to onboarding, training, upselling, customer support, and account management.
