Market Manager

The Mortgage Market Manager is responsible for leading and growing mortgage production across an assigned market within a regional/community bank. This role provides direct leadership to Mortgage Loan Consultants, Mortgage Sales Managers, and Mortgage Loan Assistants, driving origination performance, customer experience, and compliance while deepening community and referral relationships. Promotes and contributes to a values-based corporate culture that emphasizes responsible decision making and helping others.
