President (Mortgage)

The President creates, communicates, and implements the company’s vision and overall direction. Provides leadership and direction to the entire Executive team and ensures they are carrying out the daily operations of the company. Must be willing to lead with a “servant” mentality, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast paced environment. It is a complex position with significant interaction with multiple departments requiring creativity, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
