15+ years of experience in one or more of the following: residential real estate brokerage sales and/or operations, real estate franchise sales, leadership or operations. Real Estate franchise experience is strongly preferred. Consistent track record of building client relationships and exceeding targets to build a profitable business. Shown success leading sales teams is a strongly preferred. Shown ability to provide sound leadership and build effective teams to maximize success. Shown understanding of the importance of a strong value proposition. Experience reading and interpreting financial statements, strong business sense. Outstanding communicator with exceptional people-to – people skills; persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills and outstanding grammar, both written and verbal. Shown collaboration skills. Possesses a thorough thought process and can effectively present and execute on a vision. Ability to travel up to 35% of the time and comfortable working in and leading in a hybrid work environment.
