We’re looking for an experienced, strong, collaborative leader to oversee and support our Transaction Management teams across California, Utah, Nevada and Idaho. This role sits at the intersection of leadership and day-to-day operations. You’ll help set direction but you’ll also stay close enough to the work to understand what’s really happening on the ground.
You’ll partner closely with regional and executive leadership, support transaction managers across multiple offices and help ensure our processes are consistent, compliant and working well for agents, clients and staff. The right person is someone who enjoys building teams, improving systems, and solving problems without losing sight of the people doing the work.
