The Sales Manager functions as the primary point of contact for our agents, the ideal candidate will lead the team by hiring, training, consulting, and coaching while demonstrating management ability, industry and market knowledge, and the habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, advocating philanthropy, commitment to company growth and upholding our company culture and values. Additionally, it is the Sales Managers responsibility to review and evaluate subordinate job performance and approve or deny recommendations pertaining to salary adjustments.
