Vice President of Growth

The Vice President of Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sustainable company growth through
recruiting, onboarding, retention, coaching and long-term productivity development of agents across the company. This role blends strategic leadership, operational excellence, recruiting expertise and business coaching within a luxury real
estate environment. While this position shares similarities with a traditional Team Leader or recruiting leader, it extends far
beyond agent acquisition. Success is measured not only by who joins the company but by how effectively agents integrate
into the culture, contribute to the community, grow their business and remain long-term ambassadors of the brand.
