Brad Hollingsworth is the Founder and Chairman of Corporate Management Advisors (CMA), launched in 1984. Under his leadership, CMA has grown to become one of the nation’s leading and most respected executive search firms. Initially, the company specialized in executive recruitment for the financial services industry. Over the years, CMA has broadened its reach to include other industries, including Mortgage Banking, Real Estate, Investment Banking, Settlement Services, and Insurance. Since its inception, the company has placed over 11,500 executives and has come to be known as the “Industry Leader” in building profitable enterprises through a partnership with our executive search firm.
In 1999, Brad led the formation of two affiliate companies, whose services complement those of CMA. CMA Solutions Group offers effective, hands-on management, and operational strategy development and implementation. International Management Advisors (IMA) provides a broad range of business continuity management, including executive search internationally.

Before establishing Corporate Management Advisors, he held a variety of banking positions and served in management within one of Florida’s largest bank holding companies.

Brad received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. His professional memberships include the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Real Estate Services Providers Council. He is also involved in several local organization’s Board of Directors and the Annunciation Catholic Academy. He resides in Longwood, Florida, with his wife, Mary Jane, whom he married in 1983. They have three grown children and 6 grandchildren.
