Mike Prosser has been an executive recruiter at Corporate Management Advisors (CMA) since 1990. He joined CMA after a successful career in Sales. As a son of respected Ford automobile dealer, Mike has a deep understanding of the customer experience, best practices, and corporate reputation. He is currently Managing Director of CMA’s Financial Services Practice.
Mike has focused his recruiting efforts on Marketing, Mortgage Sales, Operations, Credit and Capital Markets positions. The level of searches ranges from Executive Management, National Sales Managers, National Credit & Operations Managers, Secondary Marketing Managers to all levels of Field Sales Leadership. He has worked extensively with Distributive Retail, Consumer Direct, Wholesale and Correspondent Lending verticals.

Mike is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business Administration. He is active with his Alumni Association with Trinity Preparatory High School-Winter Park, Fla., from where both his sons graduated. He and his wife, Cindy, have been married since 1986.
