Thomas (Thom) B. Hollingsworth is a Managing Director of Corporate Management Advisors. CMA is one of the nation’s leading and most respected executive search firms in the U.S.
Thom began his CMA career as an executive recruiter in 1985. Over the years, he was promoted several times and held positions including Account Executive, Vice President – Production Searches, Vice President – Operations Searches, and Executive Vice President.
Thom accepted his current position in May 1999 to direct CMA’s Mortgage Banking recruiting efforts. Throughout his CMA career, he has been focused on building long-term relationships with existing client companies and cultivating new client relationships. He provides daily guidance to executive recruiters at CMA to ensure customer expectations are met.
With a tremendous history of success, Thom has completed hundreds of searches at the branch, regional and national levels in all channels of mortgage originations. His success has driven millions of dollars in revenue to CMA’s clients.
Thom is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, a graduate of Florida State University, and a native of Florida, Thom earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1982. Thom is married and the father of two sons. He currently resides in Mount Dora, Fla.
