Daniel Downing began his career with Corporate Management Advisors (CMA) in 2013 within the firm’s research department; supporting senior members of the executive search team and leading retained search assignments. Daniel gained significant exposure to the executive search process within the confines of the research department and transitioned into an Executive Recruiter role shortly after and then moved on to Senior Associate.
Currently, as Executive Vice President, his primary duties include seeking out new business development opportunities and facilitating the necessary search efforts on in-house retained search assignments. He has successfully completed a number of searches throughout all facets of Mortgage Banking and Real Estate Finance and is predominately focused on aligning qualified candidates with reputable organizations. As a result, he has won consecutive Chairman’s Club awards and is recognized as one of the firm’s top producers.
Daniel is a graduate of Florida State University with a Degree in Economics. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Real Estate Service Providers Council Inc.
