Michael Perdomo graduated from the University of Florida, with a Construction Management Engineering degree. He spent the next several years with a development firm, where he was involved with a variety of significant residential and commercial projects around the Central Florida area. After a successful start to his career, he took an opportunity to join a global research firm, providing sales, marketing, strategy, and compliance solutions to clients in the financial services, luxury, not-for-profit, and education sectors. In a consultative outside sales role, he had the opportunity to travel across the United States and internationally, meeting face-to-face with potential clients in order to determine their needs and help provide the right solution.
In January of 2015, Michael joined CMA as an Associate in the research department where he was able to gain exposure across multiple areas within Banking, Mortgage Banking, Insurance, Title, Vendor Management, Real Estate, and Capital Markets. After a few months, he was promoted to Senior Associate and Executive Recruiter, where he utilized his consultative sales background to help identify the right candidate profiles to match CMA’s clients’ needs. Today, as Executive Vice President, he works closely with the Senior Partners at CMA on many executive searches across the entire financial services industry. Michael is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Real Estate Service Providers Council Inc. and is a regular attendee at many industry conferences.
Michael lives in Altamonte Springs, FL with his wife and 3 children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
